In the current era of globalization, economic justice (or injustice) has become a hot topic in international discussions. The keys players in the economic game are the World Trade Organization (WTO), International Monetary Fund (IMF), and the Word Bank.
On a global scale, women and girls make up 70% of the estimated 1.3 billion people living in poverty. This stat clearly illustrates the way globalization, in the economic sphere, has negatively impacted women.
